I am an energetic Telecommunication professional with a strong background in systems administration and customer service, and expertise in the design and implementation of cost effective, high performing, state of the art IP voice and data networking solutions to address complex business requirements. I have experience working with various PBX systems, using different communication channels like VoIP, SIP and ISDN. I have successfully led and motivate cross-functional teams of technology professionals and coordinated multiple projects simultaneously.
